Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
• The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
