2 years relevant experience in manufacturing
Proficiency with Lean manufacturing tools and root cause analysis
Hands-on time studies and work measurement skills
Ability to create production metrics dashboards
Nice-to-have
Experience with manufacturing simulation tools like Arena or Simio
Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD
Familiarity with MES, ERP/SAP, or scheduling systems
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
Background in interiors fabrication or composite assembly
Key Requirements
