Job Summary

  • Supports the laboratory during Avera’s enterprise EMR transition through validation, workflow testing, and go-live readiness activities while maintaining safe, compliant laboratory operations.
  • This position may be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus with a 3 year employment commitment and is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program which helps pay off loans.

Salary

Base: $29.25 - $44.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: $15,000 sign on bonus with 3 year commitment; Benefits: Student Loan Repayment Program, PTO from day 1, retirement matching

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
  • MLS certification from AMT or ASCP within 1 year
  • Prior work experience with EPIC
  • Ability to work specified hours including day shift
