Job Summary
Support the Compensation & Benefits team in analyzing, maintaining, and developing remuneration and benefits policies to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with company strategy.
Collaborate in annual salary and variable pay review processes, including budgeting, evaluations, and reporting, as well as supporting objective setting and tracking.
Participate in the daily management and administration of benefit programs, ensuring their correct operation and contributing to transversal projects within the area.
