Job Summary

  • Support the Compensation & Benefits team in analyzing, maintaining, and developing remuneration and benefits policies to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with company strategy.
  • Collaborate in annual salary and variable pay review processes, including budgeting, evaluations, and reporting, as well as supporting objective setting and tracking.
  • Participate in the daily management and administration of benefit programs, ensuring their correct operation and contributing to transversal projects within the area.
