Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HIM, HIT, or HIS
  • 10 years experience in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT/HCPCS coding
  • 2 years leadership experience
  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC)
  • Successful completion of hospital specific coding test (>=90%)
