Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years Phlebotomy Supervisory experience with Associates Degree
  • Minimum 6 years Phlebotomy Supervisory experience with HS or equivalent degree
  • National Phlebotomy Technician Certification required
  • Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
