Job Summary
The Director, Procurement leads sourcing strategies and optimization of sourcing and procurement processes, systems, and tools across the region.
Establishes and maintains regional business partner relationships with key stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of needs and strategies to deliver sustainable and profitable P&L efficiencies.
Ensures effective risk management and control of the supply base through robust contracts and monitoring of financials SLAs and KPIs and through compliance of corporate policies, systems and controls.

Base: $130,000 – $140,000 CAD annually; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 80% coverage Health, Dental and Vision, RRSP Program, Professional Growth, Paid-time off

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in procurement management
5+ years of experience of supervising employees
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or Finance, or in a related discipline
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation
Advanced proficiency in GEP eSourcing tool (or other eSourcing tool) and Oracle E-Business Suite
