Job Summary

  • The Post-Sales Field Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering programming, content, and training that enables our Customer Success floor to effectively sell, drive adoption, and retain clients.
  • Facilitates engaging training sessions in a live, hybrid, or remote environment and creates eLearning material in Articulate 360 and Docebo LMS.
