Job Summary

  • The Assistant Director's role is to support the 15,000+ students living in the residence halls by collaborating with stakeholders, providing opportunities to foster involvement, civic engagement and student success, to enhance the experience of residential students.
  • This position is responsible for the strategic management and ongoing enhancement of StarRez, the department’s housing and educational technology platform.
  • The Assistant Director is part of the HRE leadership team, supervises one professional staff member who is part of LIT and reports to an Associate Director in HRE.
