Summit Place LTC is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian responsible for assessing and managing the nutrition and hydration needs of residents in compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Food and Nutrition, relevant experience in gerontology or long-term care, and strong communication and organizational skills

  • This role requires active participation in interdisciplinary committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics and Skin/Wound Care teams to ensure holistic resident care.

  • Current registration with provincial College of Dietitians
  • Membership in Dietitians of Canada
  • 1-2 years experience in long-term care (asset)
  • Complete Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
