Job Summary
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing nutrition status and developing care plans for all residents in compliance with regulatory standards.
This role requires active participation in interdisciplinary committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics and Skin/Wound Care teams to ensure holistic resident care.

Key Requirements
University degree in Food and Nutrition
Current registration with provincial College of Dietitians
Membership in Dietitians of Canada
1-2 years experience in long-term care (asset)
Complete Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
