Job Summary

• The residency program is a twelve-to-fifteen-month inpatient acute care experience designed to advance knowledge and skills through higher continuing education, evidence-based practice, and management of diverse patient populations through mentored experiences, in addition to providing direct patient care.
• Additional clinical and non-clinical tasks and responsibilities are delegated to them, including didactic coursework, clinical research, and teaching, in their area of clinical subspecialty.
