The Customer Logistics Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and administration of after-sales support operations for Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited customers, managing a regional team and acting as the focal point for all customer material support activities.
Primary responsibilities include managing logistics, supply chain processes, AOG and MRO repairable processes, customer issue resolution, and leading periodic logistics performance reviews with customers.
