  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the OTC workstream, defining, governing, and making key decisions on order capture, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections.
  • Ensure global standardization, alignment with SAP best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements by leading process design workshops and approving future-state designs.
  • Drive adoption of standardized OTC processes and continuous improvement cross-functionally, acting as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams.
