The Director will lead cross-functional teams across Asia to drive supplier projects, manage supplier relationships, and implement supply management strategies aligned with global operations.
This role requires coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring technical and financial rigor, and championing sustainability practices in supplier compliance.

Supplier negotiation and escalation handling
Financial rigor and governance mechanisms
KPI development and project metrics reporting
Team leadership in China and Malaysia
Nice-to-have
Experience with Power BI and Smartsheet
Six Sigma process improvement certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Contract negotiation experience
Cultural fluency in Asian manufacturing hubs
Sustainability and ESG compliance champion
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field
Advanced degree such as MBA preferred
15 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Operations
Demonstrated large team leadership
Supply management experience and acumen
Travel to supplier sites and corporate headquarters
