Employees are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and safety violations immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role involves maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas while ensuring resident safety through frequent checks and prompt response to call bells.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Report accidents and incidents to charge nurse
Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
Transport residents to meals and activities
Follow bloodborne pathogen exposure policies
Identify residents using wristbands or photo cards
Pass snacks and trays without feeding residents
Attend OSHA and CDC in-service training programs
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Treat residents with dignity and respect
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Assist with secretarial tasks at nursing station
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Key Requirements
Minimum 8th grade education
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
