The role provides expert technical and client support for the Service Delivery department, focusing on the operation of court reporting equipment across the EMEA region.
Employees will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hearing-room technology including transcription, electronic presentation of evidence, and audio-visual services.
This is a predominantly onsite role based in London requiring five days per week presence with occasional travel and opportunities for remote working during court recess periods.
