The Project Manager provides leadership by setting expectations and ensuring communication among all participating individuals involved with the reserve budget.
This role is accountable for staff performance, client satisfaction, and maximizing staff utilization while reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.
The manager ensures all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, having the authority to complete the project within the defined scope.

Key Requirements
Valid U.S. Driver's License (minimum 1 year)
2-year degree in Building Construction or Engineering
2 years experience in engineering and maintenance
Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing
