Job Summary
Lead and run day-to-day Labware Technical Support and BAU operations for GSC Quality Control Labs, ensuring stable, compliant, and continuously improving static data changes, update or delivery of new analytical method analysis, and own incident, problem, release and change processes for our Labware installations.
Manage the strategic supplier DevOps relationship; and deliver against delivery OLAs and service SLAs, compliance and stakeholder expectations.
Line-manage India GCC Labware staff; hire, coach and develop team members. Own budget for BAU activities within delegated authority and track vendor spend.
