Job Summary
The Senior Specialist – Service Excellence plays a pivotal role in enabling HR Shared Services to deliver efficient, customer centric, and globally consistent outcomes.
Partner with HRIS and Workday teams to proactively shape global system requirements, ensuring Workday, ServiceNow and Oracle functionality aligns to HRSS and business needs.

Key Requirements
7-10 years of experience in HR Transformation or Recruitment Transformation
Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma certification preferred)
Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and/or Oracle HR systems
Experience working in a Shared Services or Global HR Operations environment
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management (Good-to-Have)
Experience in global HR operating models and multi-region process standardisation (Good-to-Have)
