  • The Senior Specialist – Service Excellence plays a pivotal role in enabling HR Shared Services to deliver efficient, customer centric, and globally consistent outcomes.
  • Partner with HRIS and Workday teams to proactively shape global system requirements, ensuring Workday, ServiceNow and Oracle functionality aligns to HRSS and business needs.

  • Experience working in a Shared Services or Global HR Operations environment
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management (Good-to-Have)
  • Experience in global HR operating models and multi-region process standardisation (Good-to-Have)
