The Customer Experience Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, interacting with patients via email, phone, EMR, and chat to provide comprehensive assistance.
This role requires close collaboration with Clinical Support and Medical Teams to address product dosing, at-home testing, and ensure positive patient outcomes.

Must-have
2 years client facing role experience
Certified health coach or health coaching background
Ability to work 11am-8pm EST Monday-Friday
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and attention to detail
Nice-to-have
Interest in anti-aging and longevity movement
Experience with EMR systems
Background in health and wellness fields
Problem-solving skills for complex inquiries
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
Certified health coach certification (NBHWC) or equivalent experience
Education or professional experience in health, wellness, or related field
Availability to work between 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
