Job Summary

• Lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals by developing and implementing proactive EHSS systems.
• Serve as the EHSS leader on the Plant Leadership Team, providing input to annual goals and monitoring new regulations for seamless implementation into the site EHSS program.
• Champion EHSS Excellence by managing program elements like safety committees, ergonomics, audits, inspections, and Behavioral Based Safety (BBS).

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years EHSS experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• CSP or CIH certification preferred
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with electronic Safety Management Systems
