  • Candidates must coordinate resident care, manage IVs, and respond to medical emergencies while supervising a team of LVNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
  • The role requires active participation in facility surveys, development of care plans, and maintaining strict adherence to federal and state regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Accredited School
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care facility
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required
  • Current Registered Nursing License (RN)
  • Current CPR certification required
