The role is responsible for end-to-end operational oversight of Contract Manufacturing Organizations supporting the commercial manufacture of autologous CAR-T cell therapy products.
As the Value Management Team Lead, this position drives structured performance management using agreed KPIs and governance processes to ensure reliable delivery.
The successful candidate will proactively identify operational risks and lead cross-functional problem-solving to address deviations and protect patient supply.
