experience in Long Term Care
community home care setting
exposure to dementia and palliative care
working independently in Community Home Care
Key Requirements
Completed a PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification
Ability to provide care in accordance with application legislation
Access to reliable vehicle in community home care is required
