The Staff Engineer, Project Manager is responsible for leading eCTW projects to ensure timely execution, owning project scoping, detailed planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
Responsibilities include executing Manufacturing Work Orders, engineering studies, and validation protocols, as well as managing procurement, installation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
BD prioritizes on-site collaboration for creativity and innovation, requiring a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week for most roles.
