Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 15 years of lean manufacturing leadership experience
Minimum of 5 years of lean manufacturing leadership experience
10+ years of manufacturing, quality improvement, and people leadership experience
5+ years of lean/FLIGHT DECK or operations leadership experience
Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
