Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 15 years of lean manufacturing leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of lean manufacturing leadership experience
  • 10+ years of manufacturing, quality improvement, and people leadership experience
  • 5+ years of lean/FLIGHT DECK or operations leadership experience
  • Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • U.S. Person status required
