Job Summary

  • The Principal Site Manager is ultimately responsible during the operational phase for planning of work and directing and managing the performance of the Company’s operations at the Baltic Hub.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of O&M personnel and manage suppliers, contractors, and OEMs to ensure safe and efficient site activities.
  • Actively contribute to the energy transition with career development opportunities, language courses, and performance-based salary.
