• The Infrastructure Technician provides cable plant and physical network infrastructure support for the JPH environment, supporting installation, maintenance, and documentation of structured cabling systems.
• The role supports infrastructure Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) and assists with installation of network endpoints and voice infrastructure, including VoIP/VoSIP endpoints within NIPR and SIPR environments.
