This role contributes to system configuration, testing, training, data migration, and end-user adoption, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Key responsibilities include system support, user training, data management, reporting, continuous improvement, compliance, implementation support, testing, and project coordination.

Key Requirements
2+ years of experience with HRIS, payroll, or time & attendance systems
Hands-on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance strongly preferred
Prior experience in a support or HR operations role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance (advantageous)
