Responsibilities include resolving moderately complex problems, participating in testing, completing control activities, and gathering requirements for hardware acquisition.
The role requires ensuring all activities are in compliance with SLAs and appropriate controls are developed and implemented, with daily supervision of NetBatch jobs.
