Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Safety, health and environmental compliance
Conduct SSMA trainings and emergency drills
Perform internal SSMA audits and inspections
Manage risk identification and hazard matrices
Experience in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 standards
Experience in construction, energy and mining sectors
Familiarity with occupational health and environmental management
Ability to conduct awareness campaigns
Proactive team collaboration and leadership
Key Requirements
Degree and active license in Safety Engineering, Mining or related fields
Minimum 3 years proven experience in safety and environmental roles
Experience in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks
Knowledge of occupational health and environmental legislation
Familiarity with ISO and Peruvian technical standards
