Job Summary
This leader will have responsibility to define a clear technology roadmap that meets organizational objectives and to deliver key HR systems capabilities.
This role will lead a team of system specialists in the planning, development, management, deployment and support of systems such as Workday across HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent Acquisition (ATS), Performance management, Time tracking, Absence management, Payroll, HR Data Analytics and reporting, and for ServiceNow HRSD case management and portal, EDM and other HR supporting systems within the Amgen eco-system.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present to mid-level management and Steering Committee members.

Experience with Workday and ServiceNow HRSD systems preferred
