Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
10+ years in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or TPM deployment
Experience implementing recognized operating systems
Hands-on experience with CMMS
Autonomous Maintenance experience
Proven track record delivering measurable improvements including OEE gains
