Lead and manage a cross-regional team of Underwriting Assistants, setting clear goals, quality, and performance metrics, and acting as the primary point of contact for business operations services.
Actively participate in the further development and transformation of the Standard Commercial Underwriting Platform and cross-departmental company solutions/initiatives.

Knowledge in rating, coding, and underwriting assistance
