Job Summary
Your role as Customization Planning Manager will be to follow primary milestones of the project from the signature of the agreement with the customer until the delivery of the first aircraft, by interacting with the teams of contracts, Engineering, Purchasing, Methods, Logistics and Long-term planning.
You will also be responsible to release and cascade the baseline for each Head-of-Version, monitor development progress and readjust as needed, as well as initiate, support and lead cycle time reduction projects.
The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is headquartered in Mirabel, in the greater Montreal area, in the province of Quebec, Canada.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or operations management
3-5 years experience in complex manufacturing
Experience in project management and/or planning
Familiar with aircraft development milestones
Familiar with Google environment applications
Excellent communication skills in French and English
