Key Requirements
Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering
at least 7 years’ prior experience
semiconductor industry experience
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Data-driven mindset
Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Root-Cause Analysis
