Key Requirements
Bachelor or BS degree in Technical or Business Field
10+ years of relevant experience
Master's degree in business administration or technical discipline preferred
Lean and Six Sigma proficiency required
Experience in Lean production system implementation
Previous experience in operational or functional leadership roles
