Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 9+ years FP&A or commercial finance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • US P&L consolidation and reporting expertise
  • CPG industry knowledge required

Nice-to-have

  • MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight
  • Experience with SAC, FIT, Tableau, Power BI
  • Strong business partnering and influencing skills
  • Digital mindset for operational efficiency
  • Nielsen consumption data analysis experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 9 or more years of FP&A experience
  • Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience strongly preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong technical skills in Advanced Excel
