Job Summary

  • The role shapes and drives the upstream inorganic growth agenda for the Electrification segment, defining where and how the business should pursue acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships.
  • This role owns the front end of the M&A lifecycle, from strategic gap identification and gameboard development through proactive target identification, early engagement, and strategic fit assessment.
  • The leader works in close partnership with Segment & Business Line Strategy, Corporate Business Development, and GE Vernova Ventures to ensure the pipeline of inorganic opportunities is intentional, differentiated, and value driven.

  • Experience in complex, matrixed global organizations
