Spa Attendants and Concierges provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a smooth welcome and departure for all guests as well as maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout combined Spa and Fitness areas.
This role involves setting up and maintaining Spa and Fitness areas, handling guest interactions with professionalism, and ensuring an adequate supply of guest supplies and amenities.
