Job Summary

• The Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and technical oversight of all activities related to the operation, inspection, maintenance, and certification of weight-handling equipment.
• This position ensures full compliance with applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies governing weight-handling operations.
• KBR will help support the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps at Naval Station Mayport and the Marine Corps Support Facility at Blount Island (MCSF-BI).

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Five years’ experience in supervision or management
• Personnel qualified per NAVFAC P-307
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Proficiency with maintenance management software
• Must have a valid social security card, driver’s license, and birth certificate
• US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
