Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Registration as Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician or Trainee with Ohio Board of Pharmacy
  • Eligibility for CPhT registration within 6 months of hire
  • Completion of Cleveland Clinic School of Pharmacy Technology program preferred
  • CPhT certification through PTCB required within 18 months
  • Six months outpatient hospital experience preferred
