Job Summary
Responsible for every aspect of the store operation, which includes: selecting, coaching and developing store teammates as well as merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
The responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to: Manages Overall Store Operations (~35% of the time), Coaches, Motivates, Leads Store Teammates (~35% of the time), and Additional Activities (~30% of the time).
