Base: $110,000-$135,000 annually; Bonus: Eligible for annual corporate bonus incentive based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and stock purchase plan

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in creative automation or digital marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
Proven track record managing DCO programs on platforms like Google Marketing Platform or Meta
