Job Summary
Serve as a leader and facilitator of product development, validation, and de-risking activities for power infrastructure supporting the AI era.
Responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of advanced validation cycles, de-risking product line system architecture through rigorous lab-based stress testing.
Coordinate initiatives in Denver, Colorado, and Houston, Texas, with periodic travel to project sites for technology transition.

Nice-to-have
National Lab or DOE framework experience
Exceptional communication skills
Bridging lab results and reality
Key Requirements
B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
Prior experience testing grid code compliance of large inverter-based resources
Experience working at a National Lab or within the DOE framework is preferred
