Job Summary

  • Implement the organization's sales program and lead sales teams to ensure the achievement of budgeted business and gross profit across the region for specific human health products.
  • Manage assigned team, including recruitment, training, guidance, motivation, appraisal, and career development, while monitoring team performance through target setting and SFE KPIs.
  • Develop business plans and forecasts for assigned territories and new business opportunities, and advise management on product-related campaigns and activities.
