Salary

Must-have

  • 8+ years power sector consulting experience
  • Virginia transmission line permitting expertise
  • Knowledge of Clean Water Act Sections 401/404
  • Endangered Species Act Section 7 knowledge
  • National Historic Preservation Act Section 106

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with West Virginia and Kentucky permits
  • Familiarity with USACE Norfolk District requirements
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Reviewing Erosion & Sediment Control Plans
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Required permit experience for transmission lines in Virginia
  • Preferred experience with VDEQ and VMRC permitting requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
