Job Summary

  • This role leads the partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver key innovation from concept to execution while engaging procurement and business partners on annual goals.
  • The position requires monitoring initial consumer feedback regarding new product launches and conducting post-launch reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Employees will work with the Food Safety team to conduct risk assessments and collaborate with core EM team members to review Co-Pack Programs for Platinum Rules Compliance.
