This position will support the Regional Project Planning function within Global Facilities and provide facility planning and construction design management to facilitate execution at multiple project scales and delivery methods.
The role is responsible for construction project and renovation space planning, estimation, scheduling, and resourcing.

Salary
Base: $74,900 - $112,300; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable cash programs and may receive equity; Benefits: Health/dental/vision, retirement benefits, paid time off

Key Requirements
2-5 years of related experience
Create, read, and understand construction drawings
Understand construction and contract administration principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
