Job Summary
The program offers a challenging 10-week opportunity for high-potential candidates to gain hands-on experience within various Finance groups including FP&A, Internal Audit, and Treasury.
Summer Associates will support global finance teams by executing strategic initiatives such as competitor analysis, valuation modeling, and budgeting while working under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
Upon successful completion of the summer program, associates may be extended an offer to join the full-time Finance Leadership Development Program at Marsh McLennan.
